Expert Ultra PRO Grease

SMB ULTRA PRO grease (Sugar Mill Bearing Grease ) is heavy duty high performance grease blend with very high viscosity special mineral along with 5% Mox-Active (Organo Molybdenum Complex) for use in a wide range of Industrial applications.
SMB ULTRA PRO special solid lubricants additive chemistry provides thicker and stronger film stability and gives high protection by minimizing metal-to-metal contact and reduces friction and wear at minimal consumption. All of this turn reduces maintenance cost and extend the life of equipment and friction elements avoiding seizure.
SMB ULTRA PRO grease is used for centralized automatic lubrication systems at high temperature and gives excellent lubrication for extended time periods and over a wide range of temperatures in Sugar Mills Bearings & Gears , applications.

Applications: Recommended for critical journal bearings in the crushing/pressing mills of sugar processing industries.

Expert SMB 20 Oil

SMB ULTRA 20 is a premium lubricant of a new generation developed specifically for the lubrication of medium size to large girth gear drives and bearings. It is semi synthetic high performance biodegradable fluids blend with very high organic base oil viscosity and synthesized hydrocarbons, resulting in “gel type” compounds with thixotropic properties, which ensures thicker and stronger film stability for is capable to resist the large heavy loaded in roller mill’s bearings & large girth gear drives at minimal consumption. Its additive chemistry provides high protection by minimizing metal-to-metal contact and wear ,and lower operating temperatures of the friction elements avoiding seizure.
SMB ULTRA 20 lubrication compared with metallic soap greases, because it doesn’t block up pipes, which usually happens because of the oil soap solid lubricant separation when working under high hydraulic pressure generated by the pumps of centralized systems.
SMB ULTRA 20 has been formulated according to environmental protection engineering norms, it doesn’t contain any bitumen, heavy metals, chlorine and solid particles or any other type of solvents.

Moly LC 220

MOLY LC 220 Lithium Complex is molybdenum disulfide high temperature grease designed for automotive and industrial applications. MOLY LC 220 Lithium Complex represents a new development in longer-lasting lubrication than conventional greases, high temperature lubrication Grease are manufactured using highly refined selected high viscosity base oils, lithium complex thickener, 5% molybdenum disulphide (MoS2) for better high shocks load carrying, high drop point, extreme temperature properties along with compatible friction, EP additive, rust and corrosion protection oxidations inhibitors. The “moly” provides a reserve protection should the lubricant be squeezed from the bearing surface.
As a general purpose grease in many industrial applications, indoors and outdoors, in both cold and high temperature applications. MOLY LC 220 Lithium Complex is typically used in those applications where
bearings are exposed to high shock loads and vibration, High temperature.

Applications: Recommended for Fibrizer bearings (Fibrizer , Chopper , Cane Cutter & Leveller) & ID/FD & SA fans hopper Bearings & Couplings (Blades & Gear Teeth ).

Extended LC 3

Expert Extended LC grease is an extended service lithium complex grease intended for a wide variety of applications and severe operating conditions. This grease was designed to outperform conventional products by applying cutting-edge, proprietary, lithium complex manufacturing technology. Expert Extended LC grease is formulated to provide excellent high-temperature performance with superb adhesion, structural stability and resistance to water contamination. It has a high level of chemical stability and offers excellent protection against rust and corrosion.
Expert Extended LC grease is recommended for applications where continuous High Speed motor bearing RPM & Hi-Temperature intermittent very high temperatures are experienced. Maximum usable temperature for Hi-Temp Grease for extended service is 200ºC to 250ºC.Operating temperature range: -20ºC to +180ºC.Consistency maintained despite cycling temperature conditions. High Speed Motor bearing from 2000 to 4000 RPM.

Applications: Recommended for Heavy duty & High Speed Electric motors & Air Compressor Bearings.

AS-C12 

EXPERT ANTI-SEIZE Compound is a superior, antiseize and extreme pressure lubricant formulated to protect metal parts against rust, corrosion and seizure. Fine metallic and graphite particles in
special grease protect parts even in high heat, high pressure and corrosive environments.

Suitable for bolted joints that are subjected to high temperatures up to 1200°C (1900°F) and to corrosive effects, and which, after assembling and the initial operation, have to be re-tightened
or disconnected. In order to ensure constant pre-stressing forces, uniform and steady coefficients of friction of the lubricant are necessary.

Applications: Recommended for Turbine & Boiler Nut Bolts.
